At ShinexX, we take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning products — including Phenyl, Handwash, Toilet Cleaner, Floor Cleaner, and Glass Cleaner — in 1 Litre and 5 Litre variants. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind every product we sell.

Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may be eligible for a return or refund in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or leaking product

• You received the wrong product or wrong size (1 Ltr / 5 Ltr)

• The product is defective or the seal is broken upon delivery

• The product is significantly different from what was described on the website

📌 Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.

3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

• The product has been used or partially consumed

• The original packaging or seal has been removed (unless the product is defective)

• The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

• The product was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)

• Damage caused by improper handling or storage by the customer

• Minor color or fragrance variation which does not affect product quality

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.

Step 2: Share your Order ID, name, and a clear photo or video of the issue (damaged/wrong product).

Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.

Step 4: If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.

Step 5: Refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.

5. Refund Methods

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued through the original payment method:

• UPI / Bank Transfer — within 3-5 business days

• Credit / Debit Card — within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)

• Cash on Delivery orders — refund via UPI or bank transfer (you will need to share your bank details)

📌 We do not issue refunds in cash. All refunds are processed digitally.

6. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement in cases where:

• The product was damaged during transit

• The wrong product or size was delivered

• A manufacturing defect is confirmed by our team

Replacements will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after the return is received and verified.

7. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For bulk orders (5 Litre or large quantity purchases by businesses, shops, or contractors):

• Returns are accepted only if the entire batch is defective or incorrectly supplied

• Partial returns on bulk orders (e.g., returning 2 out of 10 units) are not accepted

• Bulk order refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof

8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be handled as follows:

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product) — ShinexX will bear the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error — the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

9. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. A full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per the return process described above.
